Refund policy
You are meant to love your online purchases. If for any reason something isn't quite what was hoped for, contact us prior to returning in person or by mail.
All return requests must be made within 7 days from the arrival of your online order. Please email our team at sales@ccollection.net to iniate return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not accept worn, untagged clothing.
Successful return requests are refunded to your credit card. Credit Card refunds can take 5-7 business days to refund to your card. Contact us if you have any issues with your refund.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Store Credit is given to all in-store purchases within 7 days with a 21 day expiration date. All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
